About next-book

The Next Book interactive book is a new form of publication, a response to the decline in the sales of e-books, largely due to incompatible formats between the different hardware options. The project has developed a hybrid version of book publication that takes established forms such as eBooks, mobile reading applications, and multimedia books and incorporates different e-distribution methods and tools for sharing information.

• Next Book offers a basic e-reading experience in the web browser – on almost every device, whether old, new, or yet unknown.

In terms of content, Next Book works with a manuscript that goes through the phases of careful professional and language editorial revisions, including fact checking and source verification. This professional and linguistically high-quality content is then enhanced with multimedia add-ons and interactive features.
